Philip Davies, former Director at English Heritage and founding Chief Executive of the Commonwealth Heritage Forum, is celebrated for leading transformative restoration projects across the UK and Commonwealth. He also established the £12.26 million Queen Elizabeth-II Platinum Jubilee Commonwealth Heritage Skills Training Programme—the most ambitious heritage skills initiative in Commonwealth history.
During the meeting, both sides explored joint strategies for safeguarding historic sites, promoting cultural exchange, and launching training/capacity building initiatives. They reaffirmed their commitment to advancing international collaboration for the preservation of shared heritage.
