Out of nominees from across the globe, only two women worldwide were selected for this special honor — one from Africa and the other being Mehwish Muhib Kakakhel, proudly representing Pakistan on the international legal stage.
She has been recognized for her trailblazing role as the first female partner of a law firm in Pakistan, her pioneering work in cybercrime law, and her unwavering commitment to empowering women in the legal profession.

Mehwish Mohib Kakakhel
With over nine years of experience in the legal field, Mehwish Mohib is a distinguished advocate in Pakistan specializing in constitutional law, civil law, criminal law, cyber crimes, artificial intelligence, and family law. She is renowned for her expertise in gender-based violence (GBV) and her role as a committed human rights activist. Her significant contributions include serving as a member of the Special Committee on the Anti-Rape Act, 2021, and her current position on the Advisory Committee of the National Commission on Human Rights (NCHR) for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
